The Whitechurch Flood Alleviation Scheme – Planning Application to ABP

The Whitechurch FAS planning documents are now submitted to An Bord Pleanála. The submission was made under Section 177AE of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) and the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended). The Planning Documents may be viewed by clicking here.
